Digital Goods - All Sales Final
Because SudokuSheets delivers digital PDF files, all sales are final once the download link has been generated. This is standard for digital goods under EU consumer law (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU - the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately upon purchase with the customer's prior consent).
Exception: Technical Failure
If a technical failure on our side prevents you from downloading your PDF and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours of your report, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Having a problem? Email info@sudokusheets.com with your Stripe session or order ID. We typically respond within one business day.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before filing a chargeback - we are usually able to resolve issues quickly and a chargeback is rarely necessary.
