Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using SudokuSheets ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
SudokuSheets generates downloadable sudoku puzzle PDFs. Some puzzle types and difficulty levels are available for free; others require a one-time payment. The Service is provided by SudokuSheets, a business registered in Estonia.
3. Payments
Paid PDFs are processed via Stripe. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Prices are displayed before checkout. We do not store your card details.
4. PDF License
Upon download you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the generated PDF for personal, educational, and commercial printing purposes (e.g. classrooms, activity books, printed worksheets). You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the PDF files themselves as a product.
- Use the Service or its output to build a competing puzzle-generation service.
5. No User Accounts
SudokuSheets does not require registration. Your purchase is linked to a Stripe checkout session. Your generated PDF is stored and can be re-downloaded at any time by revisiting your purchase confirmation page.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to automate, scrape, or abuse the Service; not to attempt to reverse-engineer the puzzle generation; and not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SudokuSheets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
